Research @ NASP
NASP conducts, facilitates, and publishes research on a number of topics relevant to school psychologists. Through the use of surveys and strategic research partnerships NASP collects and disseminates information to school psychologists, policy makers, and the general public. These studies help support NASP in its advocacy efforts. NASP members are also eligible to apply for funding to support their own projects.
NASP provides resources for both practicing school psychologists and researchers. For topics of particular importance, NASP reviews and synthesizes current research for easy and quick review in our research summaries. Members are eligible to apply to use data obtained by NASP, including information on school psychology workforce and employment conditions. NASP members also are able to access our peer-reviewed journal School Psychology Review (SPR), which publishes research on a wide variety of topics applicable to school psychology.
