The NASP Approved Provider Program, a function of the NASP Professional Growth Committee, promotes quality standards for continuing professional development (CPD) for school psychologists through the recognition of sponsors or providers of high quality CPD. Several reviewers are needed to review applications for this program. Depending on the number of applications, each reviewer can expect to review 6 to 12 applications per year. Reviewing an application involves reading submitted documentation and using a rubric to determine compliance with AP guidelines. Each review usually takes about 30 minutes depending on the number of suggestions required. All reviewers will go through a short online training.
