Bring Your Principal

NASP offers a special registration rate of $130 for principals who want to attend the convention with their school psychologists. This is a terrific opportunity to identify and attend sessions on issues relevant to your district, spend problem-solving time with your principal, and enhance the value and security of your role.

If your principal plans to attend the convention, you must first register yourself and then provide them with your 6-digit registration confirmation number, which they will need to complete the registration process.

One-Day and Guest Registration

One-day registrations will be available beginning January 2023, and on site. Guest registrations are available for $25 to individuals who are not school psychologists or other pupil services personnel. Guests may not attend educational sessions but are welcome in the Exhibit Hall and Welcome Party.

Payment Methods

Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, check, or money order only. If printing and mailing in a form, please submit a separate registration form (PDF) and payment for each individual attending the convention; checks covering more than one person’s registration cannot be accepted. NASP is unable to accept purchase orders for convention registrations.

Registration Confirmations

Online registrations will be confirmed via email. Mailed registrations will be confirmed via email if provided, or fax or mail, if not. Please review all information for accuracy upon receipt of your confirmation. If you do not receive your acknowledgement within 7 business days, or if there is an error, please email naspregistration@spargoinc.com, or call 800-811-5947 or 571-549-4526.

NASP Convention Cancellation Policy

Individuals interested in submitting cancellations and registration fee refund requests may send an email to convention@naspweb.org or a letter addressed to the NASP Meetings and Conventions Department, 4340 East West Highway, Suite 402, Bethesda, MD 20814. Please note that any available documentation that may be applicable to support late refund requests must be included with the written correspondence.

Written registration fee refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis after the convention. Responses to late cancellation refund requests will not be received until approximately four weeks after the convention.

On-Site Registration

You can register for the convention; purchase tickets for Documented Sessions, NASP Convention Workshops, and other special events; register a guest; and more in the NASP Convention Registration Area. On-site registration will be open on Monday, February 6, from 4:00–7:00 p.m. EST and Tuesday, February 7 through Friday, February 10, from 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST each day.

ADA Accommodation

NASP welcomes our colleagues with disabilities to the convention. If you require a specific accommodation covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act, please email Director, Meetings and Conventions, Glenn Reighart, at greighart@naspweb.org, as early as possible but no later than Wednesday, January 11, 2023.

Sponsored Sessions

Presenters of sponsored workshops and special sessions often are the sponsoring organizations’ employees or authors. Keep in mind that authors’ published materials may be emphasized.

Children and Infants

Children and infants are welcome at the convention but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. NASP does not encourage the presence of children in educational sessions. Attendees with infants should sit near an exit so they can leave the session if necessary.
