Join your colleagues from across the country in this intensive virtual learning experience. The theme of this year’s Advanced Skills Institute is “Skills for Challenging Situations.” Discover practical approaches to navigate difficult challenges that school psychologists face. Learn from some of the nation’s foremost experts and come away with strategies to promote equitable school discipline, overcome contentious work environments, manage ethical dilemmas, avoid due process pitfalls, support students’ intervention needs, and more.

Included With Registration

  • Access to all live sessions (with a choice of session during four time slots)
  • On-demand access to sessions for 60 days, starting approximately 2 weeks following the event
  • Ability to earn 18 hours of CPD credit, with up to 12 hours of Category A (live) and the remainder earned as Category H (self-study)*
    Note: Receiving CPD credit will require documentation of attendance and completion of session content. 
  • Handouts for all sessions
  • Live closed captioning and ASL interpreters
  • Live chat during sessions with other attendees

*NASP-approved CPD may not be accepted in all states. Participants are responsible for verifying their state credentialing requirements.

Methods of Payment

Registrants can pay by Visa or MasterCard via the online registration process. NASP does not accept purchase orders for this event. If someone other than the attendee is paying, they must use the attendee’s online account to log in and submit the registration to ensure the person attending the event receives all necessary access and credit for sessions and member pricing, if applicable.

Cancellations and Changes

Refunds (less a $50 administrative fee) will be granted until June 29, 2023. No refunds will be issued following this date. All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing to onlinelearning@naspweb.org and include the registrant’s name and account/membership number.
