To search for your registration confirmation email, look for a message from “firstname.lastname@example.org” or a subject line that reads “NASP 2021 Convention Registration Confirmation and Receipt – XXXXXX” (the XXXXXX is your registration ID number). This email shows that you successfully registered and paid to attend the convention. Or you also can call Registration Customer Service at 800-811-5947 or 571-549-4526. Please note, however, that due to increased volume this week, telephone wait times may be longer than usual.
You will not receive your personalized login information until your registration is paid in full. To make a payment online, login to the NASP 2021 Virtual Convention Attendee Services website, “www.spargoinc.com,” using your email address and registration ID number, or call the Registration Customer Service Department at the number above.
No. Your convention registration includes access to more than 1,200 sessions. You can add paid sessions and events like Documented Sessions and NASP Convention Workshops to expand your registration and earn documented CPD, but they are entirely optional.
If you registered during the convention, you will receive an email containing your personalized virtual convention login information approximately 15 minutes after completing payment. Thereafter, if you have any difficulty logging into the virtual convention, call the Technology Support Team at 716-338-0332 for assistance.

If you encounter technical difficulties during the convention, there are several ways you can request assistance, 9:00 a.m.– 8:00 p.m. EST, Monday–Friday. You can click on the “Chat” icon at the bottom right of each event page on the platform, from which you can submit questions directly to the virtual convention Technical Support Team. And you also can click the “Tech Support” button on the left side of the event page. Finally, you can call 716-338-0332 for technical assistance. Do not call the NASP office directly, as only Digitell can provide technical assistance and you will be asked to call the Technical Support Team at this number, instead.
You can review the overall convention program as a pdf document (can be downloaded from the convention website). Or you can look at the Live Session button on the main convention navigation menu. This tells you the date and time of all live sessions.
On Demand sessions are 30-minute videos that can be viewed any time. Similarly, poster sessions can be viewed any time. Both are listed under buttons on the main navigation menu.
Because the convention is virtual, we expect attendees to watch across time zones. To help cater to all audiences needing to earn CPD credit for live sessions, we decided not to start live sessions until around 10:00 a.m. EST (7:00 a.m. PST). If you cannot watch a session live, you still can watch the recording later and claim Category H CPD credit (self-study).

Absolutely! Follow the instructions in your confirmation email to add to your initial registration. You can also add sessions and events on site at any of the Assisted Registration counters.
You can earn documented continuing professional development credits on site in NASP Convention Workshops (3 or 6 hours each) and Documented Sessions (1.25 hours each), and by purchasing Session Recording Packages (up to 10.25 hours each) for viewing at a later date. All sessions are NASP-approved, and NASP is also approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. NASP maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
Yes. Using NASP's Roommate Locator Assistance Service lets you find a roommate for the convention and significantly reduce your hotel costs.

The deadline to submit a proposal for the 2022 convention has passed. The next annual convention will be held February 7-10, 2023, in Denver, CO. The Call for Presentation Proposals information for the 2023 convention will be available on site in Boston, MA, and on the NASP website thereafter.
A map of the Exhibit Hall will be in your registration packet when you check in on site, and the Exhibit Hall Handbook will be available for download online closer to the convention. You also can view a list of exhibitors and make a checklist of the booths you wish to visit using the NASP convention app, which will launch in January 2022. In both cases, exhibitors appear in alphabetical order with a description and their booth number.
Setup of booths in the Exhibit Hall is a massive effort which takes two and a half days to complete. The exhibitors also need time to stock the booths.
The general session with the keynote speaker is a significant convention event for the organization. Nothing else is scheduled at that time, to allow attendees to enjoy the session.
More than half of the entities that purchase booths have only one representative present. Exhibitor rules require that the booth be staffed at all times. The booth hours are set in a manner to acknowledge exhibitors' need for a reasonable work schedule. Even then, they may need to be absent for brief periods to attend to personal needs.
For the past few years, many employers/recruiters have had Exhibit Hall booths to promote their organizations and solicit candidates. On-site interviews have been handled in a variety of ways but not organized through NASP. Some have interviewed within the confines of the booth. Others have found appropriate spots in the hall, or public areas in the hotels or convention center to meet candidates.
Boston Express Virtual Package
Registration for the Boston Express Virtual Package includes live streaming of the 8 Documented Sessions with the opportunity to engage in live chat with other virtual attendees. These sessions will be closed captioned.
Yes, you can earn Category A documented professional development credit by watching these sessions in real-time, staying until the end, and completing an evaluation and affidavit after the session is complete.
Yes, however you will no longer qualify for Category A CPD credit. Instead, upon completion, you would be eligible for Category H CPD credit (self-study). You will have access to Documented Sessions on-demand for 60 days following the convention.
No, we are not offering a virtual Exhibit Hall experience this year.

Meetings/Special Interest Group Networking Sessions
Because of time limitations, this year’s virtual convention will include the educational program only and no Meetings or Special Interest Group networking sessions.
The virtual challenge is a friendly competition that encourages attendees to engage with one another while earning badges and points for each achievement reached. The more you do, the more points and badges you receive, which makes you eligible for prizes.
We will process those points on Thursday, so they will not appear earlier in the week.
Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for other prizes or cash value.

No. The Social Wall is internal to the convention platform only. If you want to post the same content on social media, you’ll need to log into your social media accounts and post there directly.
