Registration Details
Register Early
Register by Wednesday, January 27, 2021 to save $50* with the early registration rate. The first 3,000 registrants to register by January 27 will receive a welcome pack in the mail containing a “Thrive” coaster, a die-cut “Helping Children Thrive” sticker, a convention insulated beverage holder, a NASP Practice Model magnet, and a school psych-themed sticky note pad.
Convention Fees
Your convention registration fee includes:
- More than 20 hours of live sessions, eligible for documented, NASP-approved** CPD
- Three hundred 30-minute on-demand sessions***
- Three hundred poster presentations with opportunities to ask questions of the authors
- Special evening events
- General Session (including the Keynote Address and presentation of the School Psychologist of the Year and Lifetime Achievement Awards)
- Access to our interactive, virtual Exhibit Hall
- On-demand access to live and prerecorded sessions for 60 days after the convention

Payment Methods
Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, check, or money order only. If printing and mailing in a form, please submit a separate registration form (PDF) and payment for each individual attending the convention; checks covering more than one person’s registration cannot be accepted. NASP is unable to accept purchase orders for convention registrations. Those requiring a W-9 please print the NASP W-9 Form.
Registration Confirmations
Online registrations will be confirmed via email. Mailed registrations will be confirmed via email if provided, or fax or mail, if not. Please review all information for accuracy upon receipt of your confirmation. If you do not receive your acknowledgement within 7 business days, or if there is an error, please email naspregistration@spargoinc.com, or call 800-811-5947 or 571-549-4526.
Charges and Cancellations

Registrations must be canceled in writing by Wednesday, January 27, 2021. Send cancellations to naspregistration@spargoinc.com or Spargo, Inc., 11208 Waples Mill Road, Suite 112, Fairfax, VA 22030. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted.
ADA Accommodation
NASP welcomes our colleagues with disabilities to the 2021 Virtual Convention. All live and on-demand educational sessions will be close captioned, both during the convention as well as for all archived educational sessions, which will be available to convention registrants for sixty days thereafter.
*Additional savings will not be applied at checkout. Savings are based on the price difference between early registration and full registration rates for regular members and nonmembers. Student members save $10 with the early registration rate.
**NASP is also approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. NASP maintains responsibility for this program and its content. If watched live, these sessions qualify for Category A CPD credit. See CPD guidelines.
***These sessions do not offer documentation of attendance; however, Category H CPD credit may be claimed using the Activity Documentation Form. See CPD guidelines.
