Hotel Information

All educational sessions (with the exception of some Special Sessions) will take place at the Baltimore Convention Center. Interest Group networking sessions, meetings, special events, and certain Special Sessions will take place at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor and the Marriott Baltimore Inner Harbor. After you register, contact the NASP Housing Center to secure special room rates at five different hotels nearby, including the two referenced above. You also can access NASP’s Roommate Locator Assistance Service to find a roommate and split hotel costs in half (details below).

Housing is now closed. Beginning Friday, February 8, you may call the hotel directly to make any changes, cancellations, or new reservations.

You must register for the convention before making your hotel reservations. Make your reservations by January 22, 2020, to guarantee discounted rates. Rooms may sell out before that date.

Find a Roommate to Reduce Costs

Save on your hotel costs for the convention by using our Roommate Locator Assistance Service. After registering for the convention, you can register as a potential roommate and search listings of other attendees looking for roommates.

Hotel Changes and Cancellations

You may change or cancel your hotel reservation online or in writing until January 22, 2020. To make changes online, you will need your confirmation number and the email address used to make your reservation. Written requests should be sent to the NASP Housing Center. After January 22, 2020, hotel reservation changes or cancellations must be made directly with your hotel.

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold your reservation. The deposit will be charged to your credit card after the January 22, 2020, cutoff date. This deposit is refundable only if notice of cancellation is received at least 72 hours prior to your arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Internet Access
Complimentary Internet is available in public spaces at each hotel. Meeting rooms will not have Internet access. Internet access in guest rooms can be purchased directly through the hotel.
