Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, check, or money order only. If printing and mailing in a form, please submit a separate registration form (PDF) and payment for each individual attending the convention; checks covering more than one person’s registration cannot be accepted. NASP is unable to accept purchase orders for convention registrations.
Online registrations will be confirmed via e-mail. Mailed registrations will be confirmed via e-mail if provided, or fax or mail, if not. Please review all information for accuracy upon receipt of your confirmation. Charges and Cancellations
NASP Convention Workshops, Documented Sessions, and Special Events requiring an additional fee can be added, changed, or canceled online. Use the link in your confirmation e-mail to make changes to your registration. If you registered by mail, call 800-811-5947 or 703-449-6418 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registrations must be canceled in writing by Wednesday, January 17, 2018. Send cancellations to email@example.com or Spargo, Inc., 11208 Waples Mill Road, Suite 112, Fairfax, VA 22030. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted.
One-Day and Guest Registration
One-day registrations will be available beginning in January 2018 and on-site. Guest registrations are available for $25 to individuals who are not school psychologists or other pupil services personnel. Guests may not attend educational sessions but are welcome in the Exhibit Hall and Welcome Party.
You can register for the convention; purchase tickets for Documented Sessions, NASP Convention Workshops, and other special events; register a guest; and more in the NASP Convention Registration Area. On-site registration will be open Monday, February 12–Friday, February 16, in the Grand Ballroom Foyer on the Ballroom/Gold Level in the East Tower of the Hyatt Regency Chicago.

Bring Your Principal
NASP offers a special registration rate of $110 for principals who want to attend the convention with their school psychologist. This is a terrific opportunity to identify and attend sessions on issues relevant to your district and spend problem-solving time with your principal.
If you plan to attend the convention with your school principal, you must register before your principal and provide him or her with your 6-digit registration confirmation number, which he or she will need to complete the registration process.

Presenters of sponsored workshops and special sessions often are the sponsoring organizations' employees or authors. Keep in mind that authors' published materials may be emphasized.
Children and Infants
Children and infants are welcome at the convention but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. NASP does not encourage the presence of children in educational sessions. Attendees with infants should sit near an exit so they can leave the session if necessary.
