The all-new Communities platform is here! 

The first time you access the communities, you will need to activate your account and set up your preferences. Watch videos on getting started, using the core features, and using the mobile app to help you acclimate to the new platform.

Choose How You Connect
You’ll continue to have the option to choose from real-time, daily, and weekly digests. Access the Communities from a web browser or mobile app (new with this platform!) on your phone or tablet for on-the-go access throughout the day.

Direct Message Your Peers
Chat back and forth seamlessly with one or more colleagues without ever leaving the platform or refreshing your screen. You can even have multiple chat threads going at once.

Never Miss a Reply
Turn on push notifications in the mobile app to stay informed about recent responses and relevant activity and tap the notification to quickly reply.

Search by Keyword
Browse the list of Interest Groups to see if we have a group relevant to your area of need or search across the entire platform to find posts and resources that guide your work.

Download the Mobile App

Access the Communities on the go and quickly comment or start discussions from your mobile device. Download the Tradewing app from the App Store or Google Play on your phone or tablet. Log in using the credentials you set up when you activated your new Communities account.

How do I know which groups I can join?

For the most part, any of the groups visible to you are available to join. There are 40+ Interest Groups as well as the Member Exchange, our main group for all members.

How do I change my notification settings?

For email notifications, log in to the Communities and then click on your profile picture, then click Account Settings. Under Notification Settings, change your digest emails for each specific community by selecting a choice from the dropdown and toggle on/off the notifications for specific user and event interactions based on your preferences. For example, you can choose to be notified when you receive a private message or someone mentions you.

How do I change my app notifications?

On the browser, click your profile picture and then click View Profile to upload a profile picture, add information, etc. On the app, tap the three dots in the bottom right corner and click View Profile to get to this same screen.

Where can I find additional help documentation?

On the browser, click on the Home tab and then click the question mark icon in the bottom right corner to get to the Help Center. From your mobile app, click the three dots in the bottom right corner and then click Help Center under Help & Support.

Why do I see some groups on the left side but not all groups?

The groups on the left sidebar are the ones you are already enrolled in. To see all groups you can join, click All Groups above the list of individual groups shown.

How do I privately chat with another member?

On the left menu, click Member Directory and search for the person by name. Then click the chat bubble next to their name to start a message. You can also start a new chat by going to the chat bubble on the top right corner of the site and clicking on the compose icon (the sticky note/pencil) on the top left to start a new chat thread.
