Organizational Factors Influencing Consultation in Schools

A key variable in successful consultation is organizational assessment to determine which services will be most helpful to a school or school district. Consultant variables are also crucial in the assessment and decision-making process. In this paper both organizational and consultant variables related to consultation decisions are discussed.
