The Rorschach: A History and Description of the Comprehensive System

pp. 407—413

ABSTRACT: In the 60 years since Rorschach’s monograph was published and despite much controversy and misunderstanding, the Rorschach test has flourished in clinical assessment. Considerable research, especially during the past 15 years, resulted in the Comprehensive System and revealed that the Rorschach involves problem-solving behaviors that can be coded or scored easily; and that when summarized, the test is psychometrically reliable and valid and may ormay not include projected material.
