The Emperor's New Clothes Are Hand-Me-Downs

Who is buying school psychology? It is important for the reader to know, as a context for this paper, that when I formulated my reaction, I was working in two school districts. In the first district I was a-member of a state monitoring team looking at the psychological services of the district; in the second I was conducting in service training for school psychologists. These experiences undoubtedly influenced my reaction significantly.
