Integration of Nine Severe Learning-Disabled Children in a Junior High School Core Program

A group of nine children was located in a self-contained sixth-grade classroom in Park Ridge, Illinois. These children were identified as having severe learning disabilities-a combination of auditory and visual sequencing, perception, and discrimination difficulties. They had demonstrated successful experiences in a self-contained atmosphere.
