Searching for Giftedness and Talent in Children With Handicaps
Recently there has been an upsurge of interest in a previously noticed but relatively neglected group of individuals -the gifted and talented who happen to be handicapped. Even though in its early stages, this particular area of gifted education has already attracted the attention of funding sources at local, state, and national levels, causing the development of a number of projects and the encouragement of numerous others.
