Evaluating Programs for the Gifted: Some Problems and Procedures

Did it do any good? Was it worth the time and effort? Was it worth the money? Is it working as we expected? Is this approach better than some other method? These are questions that are being asked with increased frequency as schools pursue what sometimes seems to be the impossible dream of providing each student with the very best possible learning environment for his or her particular needs.
