Commentary on Swerdlik and French: The Preparation of School Psychologists for the 21st Century
Michael J. Curtis
Swerdlik and French (2000) offer a number of interesting and thought provoking perspectives regarding the preparation of school psychologists in the 21st Century. With many of their predictions and their perspectives regarding the need for change in training, I would concur. There are some points that merit special emphasis or a different perspective and some additional predictions that should be offered as well.
