Law and the School Psychologist: Privileged Communication, Malpractice, and Liability
This paper was written with the intent of better acquainting school psychologists with the nature and implications of those legal systems currently affecting professional practices. It is the present opinion that these legal systems will play an ever increasing role in determining the rights, responsibilities and vulnerabilities of school psychologists.
