pp. 369-381
Abstract: Children are entitled to protection and nurturance from their families, schools, community, and government. Using the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child as our standard, we outline adult obligations to children from birth to 12 years of age. We describe the degree to which obligations are being met, and offer numerous recommendations for improving school psychological practice and services to the children in our care and their families
