School Psychologists Needed for a Research Study

The NASP Research Committee is conducting a research study on facilitators and barriers related to the delivery of comprehensive school psychological services. Many school psychologists desire to deliver comprehensive services—assessment, intervention, consultation, counseling—but little is known about the factors that impact those services. Beginning in April of 2014, randomly selected NASP members who are full-time school-based practitioners will be invited to participate in this study. If you are selected, you will receive an e-mail with additional information on the study. Participation is voluntary and your decision to participate will in no way affect your standing with NASP or with your employer. However, the participation of those selected is vital to the success of this project. If you have any questions, please contact Jose Castillo ( jmcastil@usf.edu), cochair of the NASP Research Committee and principal investigator for this study. This study has been approved by the Institutional Review Board of the University of South Florida (IRB#13777).
