Integrating the NASP Practice Model Into Your Presentation

NASP is encouraging convention presenters to reference the NASP Practice Model in their presentations at the NASP 2014 Annual Convention. Referencing the Practice Model can help map and frame presentations within a larger practical context for attendees. It also helps school psychologists become more familiar with the model, better understand how their work currently fits into the model, and recognize how they can use the model to advocate for their services and the profession. Incorporating the NASP Practice Model is totally voluntary and exactly how information about the model is included is up to the presenter. Following are a few steps to make this as easy and flexible as possible

If you have questions, please feel free to contact Eric Rossen, NASP Director of Professional Development and Standards (erossen@naspweb.org), Kathy Minke, Convention Committee Chair (minke@udel.edu), or Kathy Cowan, NASP Director of Communications (kcowan@naspweb.org).
