Tom Fagan. At its 24th Annual Faculty Convocation on April 8, 2011, the University of Memphis honored Dr. Thomas K. Fagan with the Willard R. Sparks Eminent Faculty Award, the premier recognition given to a professor at the university. Dr. Fagan’s areas of specialty within school psychology include its history and development, accreditation, credentialing, and professional issues and he serves as the historian for NASP and APA Division 16. Thomas H. Hohenshil. Dr. Thomas H. Hohenshil was honored recently by the American Counseling Association as an ACA Fellow. Fellows are ACA members who have been recognized for outstanding contributions to the counseling profession at national and international levels. Nominators cited Hohenshil’s high level of publishing in national counseling and psychology journals, professional leadership, and his highly successful graduate teaching and advising. The honor was presented at ACA’s annual conference in New Orleans, LA.
