Work Opportunities

Work at the ConventionGraduate students can work as Convention Assistants to receive a $75 registration fee refund in appreciation of their service. All attendees may volunteer as Workshop Monitors and may attend the workshop they are monitoring free of charge and earn documented CPD. Registration for these positions opens at noon EDT on Thursday, November 1, 2018. Slots fill fast, so mark your calendar.

Red Cross Training (SE001)

Red Cross TrainingThe American Red Cross and NASP are cosponsoring an interactive, 90-minute session on Disaster Mental Health work during the convention. This special event requires preregistration and a $10 materials and processing fee.

On-Site Mentoring

Mentor ProgramSign up for the Convention Mentor Program to connect with an experienced school psychology professional and meet for an hour on site. Students may sign up only as mentees, whereas early career members and all other members may sign up as mentors and/or mentees.

50 Years of Excellence LogoWe’re hosting a fun contest to celebrate accomplishments in school psychology over the last 50 years, and look ahead to the future of the profession. Facts about the NASP and the profession will be highlighted in Communiqué, the convention website, and on social media. Answer our questionnaire correctly for the chance to win prizes.

Exhibit Hall

Exhibit HallSpeak with representatives from top companies at the largest and most comprehensive trade show for school psychologists and travel back to your district with information about products and services to support your practice. The Publications Center and NASP Connect area also are located in the Exhibit Hall.
