*Important Information for the PREPaRE ToT Workshops

Registrants for the ToT workshops will receive a confirmation e-mail within 72 business hours after registration, confirming that prerequisites have been met, or will be prior to the ToT workshop, and highlighting important reminders to prepare for the training.

Methods of Payment

Conference registration payment may be made by Visa/MasterCard, check, or money order.

Registering Online

All online registrations must be completed using the NASP account associated with the attendee’s name. Registrations completed using another account will be assigned to the incorrect person and will not reflect the correct registration rate based on the attendee’s membership status.

Registering by Mail

Please submit a separate registration form and payment for each individual attending the conference; checks covering more than one person’s registration cannot be accepted. Registration forms submitted by mail must be received by NASP not later than June 16, 2017.

Please keep a copy of the form as your receipt and allow up to 10 business days to receive your confirmation e-mail. NASP cannot accept registrations submitted by telephone or fax.

Purchase Orders
If you wish to submit a purchase order for an invoice, please be advised that the registration is not processed until full payment is received by NASP. All purchase order payments must be received by NASP no later than June 16, 2017. Otherwise a credit card or check must be provided on-site at the full rate (see above).

Cancellations and Changes

Refunds (less a $50 administrative fee) will be granted until June 16, 2017; no refunds will be issued following this date. All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing to convention@naspweb.org
