Registration Details

Methods of Payment

Payment must be made at the time of registration by Visa, MasterCard, check, or money order. Please submit a separate registration form and payment for each individual attending the convention. Checks covering more than one person’s registration cannot be accepted. NASP is unable to accept purchase orders for convention registrations.

Registration Confirmations

Online registrations will be confirmed via e-mail. Mailed registrations will be confirmed via e-mail, if provided, or via fax or mail, if not. Please review all information for accuracy upon receipt of your confirmation. If you do not receive your acknowledgment within 7 business days, or if there is an error, e-mail naspregistration@jspargo.com, or call (800) 811-5947 or (703) 449-6418.

Changes and Cancellations

NASP Convention Workshops, Documented Sessions, and special events can be added, changed, or canceled online. Use the link in your confirmation e-mail to make changes to your registration. If you registered by mail, e-mail naspregistration@jspargo.com or call (800) 811-5947 or (703) 449-6418. Because of space constraints, some changes may not be possible.

After January 22nd, refund requests submitted in writing will be considered on an individual basis after the convention. Cancellation refund requests can be sent to convention@naspweb.org or mailed to Glenn Reighart at NASP Headquarters. Please ask callers to include any available documentation that may be appropriate/available to support their requests. Individuals requesting registration refunds related to late cancellations should be informed that they most likely will not receive a response to their cancellation refund request until sometime in March.

ADA Accommodations

NASP welcomes our colleagues with special needs to the convention. If you require specific accommodations covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act, please e-mail them to Director, Meetings and Conventions, Glenn Reighart by January 22, 2014.

Daily Registration

You can register for a daily pass online now or on site in the registration area.

Guest Registration

Guest registrations are available on-site only for $25 to individuals who are not school psychologists or other pupil service personnel. Guests may attend the Welcome Party and visit the Exhibit Hall but may not attend educational sessions. Guests should be accompanied by a registered attendee, and there is a limit of one guest per attendee.

On-Site Registration Area

You can register for the convention; purchase tickets for Documented Sessions, NASP Convention Workshops, and other special events; register a guest; and more in the NASP Convention Registration Area located on the Lobby Level of the Marriott Wardman Park, to the right of the hotel registration area.

Sponsored Sessions

Certain convention sessions are financially supported by sponsoring organizations. Presenters of sponsored sessions often are the sponsoring organizations’ employees or authors and published materials may be emphasized in their presentations.

Children and Infants

Children and infants are welcome at the NASP convention but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. NASP does not encourage the presence of children in educational sessions. Attendees with infants should sit near an exit so that they can leave the session if necessary.
