This symposium presents the results of three qualitative research studies on social justice related to school psychology. Attendees will learn about challenges and strategies pertaining to (a) being an effective advocate for students’ needs, (b) recruiting and retaining graduate students of color, and (c) helping academically at-risk students pass high stakes tests.
