MS086: Helping Students Overcome Test Anxiety

Description:

Test anxiety affects approximately 50% of school-aged students. The purpose of this workshop is to equip practitioners with the knowledge and skills to effectively intervene with students who experience test anxiety. Following an overview of test anxiety and assessment guidelines, instruction and specific materials related to implementation of research-based interventions for test anxiety and study skills will be provided. Participants will also be provided turnkey training materials for a brief inservice on test anxiety.
