PI019: Measuring Teachers' Readiness to Implement Evidence-Based Programs

Teachers’ readiness to implement evidence-based programs is often theoretically linked to successful implementation or scale-up efforts. But is readiness something that can effectively be measured? Participants in this session will be introduced to a survey measure designed for this purpose, as well as the results of an initial study conducted to pilot-test this survey instrument. Through an exchange of ideas, practitioners will identify potential uses for the assessment of readiness in school-based practice.
