Exploring Challenges, Facilitators, and Opportunities for Minority School Psychology Students This session presents research regarding challenges and facilitators to minority graduate students’ persistence to degree completion. Participants should gain an understanding of: (a) research related to minority students’ experiences in graduate school; (b) challenges and facilitators to participation in graduate school; and (c) persistence strategies to encourage degree completion. The session offers minority students a forum for discussing opportunities for success in graduate school.
