PA080: School-Based PSTs: Finding the Right Approach for Teaming Success

This presentation will examine the best practices for structuring student problem-solving teams (PSTs). With the increasing use of student teams within schools, it is critical to understand how to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of team functioning. The presentation will focus on (a) disseminating knowledge about the school team problem-solving process, (b) examining different structures of problem-solving teams, and (c) discussing the structural barriers that hinder problem-solving team functioning.
