PO055: Peer-Mediated Social Skills Intervention For Students With Autism: Peer Behavior

Thursday, February 20, 2014 3:30 PM–5:00 PM

The purpose of the proposed research study is to directly measure observed changes in peer behavior as a result of involvement in a peer-mediated social skills intervention for adolescents with autism in a high school setting. Peers will be trained on specific social skills strategies. The use of the strategies will be measured, before and after training sessions. Attendees will learn about measuring direct use of trained strategies to assess the efficacy of an intervention.
