A recent movement in schools is the implementation of Response to Intervention (RTI). However, there is disparity in the literature about the components of an RTI model that may lead to confusion among educators. To fully understand what features are essential to an RTI model, schools should benefit from understanding the difference between the principles of RTI from the features of RTI. This presentation outlines the principles and the features of RTI.
