MS011: Group Work in the Elementary Classroom: Social and Emotional Learning

Description:

Schools are an important context for the academic and social emotional development of children. Social Emotional Learning (SEL) programming, designed specifically to be offered in a group format to school age children is a viable, efficient approach, that merits further attention by program implementers and practitioners. Participants in this mini-skills will gain a better understanding of the multi-faceted components of supporting social and emotional learning and group work in school and classroom settings.
