Thursday, February 20, 2014 9:30 AM–11:00 AM

Approximately half a million children receive emergency medical services for traumatic brain injury (TBI) each year (Centers for Disease Control, 2010). These students often experience a range of impairments; therefore, it is critical that school psychologists are prepared to work these children. This descriptive study explores the trends in TBI research in school psychology journals over 28 years to help inform practice for practitioners and to create an opportunity for further research and practice.
