WS038: Learning Disabilities: From Identification to Intervention

This workshop will address the relation of identification and intervention for learning disabilities (LD). The presenter will propose a hybrid model that blends low achievement and instructional response methods, with implications for conducting comprehensive evaluation under IDEA. Evidence-based intervention principles and treatments effective for different subgroups will be discussed.
