Friday, February 21, 2014 2:00 PM–3:50 PM

The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and the Intercultural Development Plan (IDP) are tools that can enhance the skill development of school psychology graduate students to better prepare them for the broad, complex range of cultural and diversity scenarios they will encounter in their future work settings. These tools will be illustrated via an interactive experiential activity, followed by a description of their current use in a pilot program with students currently completing their practicum year.
