PI050: Supporting Positive Educational Outcomes through Proflection

This session will give an overview of the process and theory behind proflection. It will cover a brief review of the research conducted with students undergoing moments of positive pre-reflection exercises called proflection. The session will also introduce Yield Theory, the theory behind the research, and other areas of research that support intrinsic reward systems, Flow Theory, and how mindfulness and focused attention assist students to achieve their goals.
