PA731: Response of English Language Learners to Evidence Based Interventions

Description:

Using evidence-based interventions within an RTI model can improve the early literacy skills and overall reading outcomes of ELL students. This paper examines the differences between ELL students and monolingual students in reading fluency outcomes. This session will describe a research project designed to assist school psychologists in understanding the growth rates and expected rates of response for ELL students receiving intervention in the reading.
