Effectively communicating school psychologists’ essential contribution to student achievement and improved social–emotional–behavioral outcomes has never been more important. Having clear, well developed messages that resonate with stakeholders is critical, particularly with district decision-makers, whose time and attention are limited. Presenters will review the fundamentals of communication and message development. Activities will focus on communicating effectively with administrators and other district decision makers. Participants will receive NASP tools and resources. This session is sponsored by the Communications Committee.
