DS01: Translating RTI Case Law Into Practice for Struggling Readers

This recent case law addressing schools’ duty to develop individualized reading programs for students diagnosed with or suspected of having SLD in reading, and to implement the programs with fidelity. Also included will be research-based practices that are consistent with previous case law findings.
