Registration Fees

All sessions during the three-day conferences (18 credit hours each) are NASP, APA, and NBCC approved!

Fees include:

Extensive handout materials
Daily lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments
Tuesday evening networking reception
A certificate of attendance for each session attended

This year’s conferences offer lower registration rates for NASP members and lower hotel rates for all attendees. Register by June 9, 2010, to take advantage of Early Bird pricing and save even more!

*Registration and payment must be postmarked by June 9, 2010, to qualify.

Three Payment Options:

1. Credit Card – Visa and MasterCard only

2. Check or Money Order – Must be payable to “ NASP” in U.S. dollars; checks cannot cover more than one person’s registration fee

3. Purchase Order – Payment must be received by June 9, otherwise a credit card must be provided on site

To take advantage of early registration discounts, registration forms and payment in full must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, June 9, 2010. Registrations postmarked after June 9 will be processed at the higher on-site registration rate.

2. Mail: To register via mail, detach and complete the registration form included in the brochure, or download and print one of the registration forms below. Return the form with payment to NASP 2010 Summer Conference, c/o SunTrust Bank, P.O. Box 79469, Baltimore, MD 21279-0469. Please keep a copy of the form as your receipt. Please note that NASP cannot accept registrations submitted via telephone or fax. Do not submit more than one copy of your registration; doing so may accidently result in duplicate registration charges. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a confirmation via e-mail.

Cancellations and Changes

Refunds (less a $50 administrative fee) will be granted until June 9, 2010; no refunds will be issued following this date. All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing to gcarlton@naspweb.org.

On-Site Registration

On-site registrations, including daily registrations, will be accepted as available during the registration hours listed below. MasterCard, Visa, check, or money order only accepted on site. Regrettably, cash and purchase orders cannot be accepted on site.
