Deaf/Hard of Hearing Interest Group Networking Session
This annual meeting of the NASP Deaf/Hard of Hearing Interest Group is open to any conference attendee. Those who work with deaf and hard of hearing students and their families are particularly encouraged to attend. Discussion will include a focus on state academic achievement standards and progress monitoring.

This is the inaugural meeting for the new Adoption and Foster Care Interest Group. This session will begin with a brief introduction to the purpose of the Interest Group followed by an organizational meeting to address structure, selection of leaders, and proposed activities. All are welcome to attend.

This session will be held to introduce school psychologists to the NASP Interest Group for gifted/talented students. During the networking session, participants will discuss this unique population of students.

Military Families Interest Group Networking Session
This session will feature information on the emotions families deal with throughout the deployment cycle. Discussion will follow, addressing short/long term Interest Group goals as well as any issues/questions about military families. The target audience for this event is any person interested in the plight of military families.

Please join members of the Bilingual School Psychologists Interest Group to network with colleagues across the country; participate in discussions about current issues relevant to bilingual school psychology practice, training, and research; and provide recommendations about future Interest Group activities of interest.

Behavioral School Psychology Interest Group Networking Session
The annual meeting of the Behavioral School Psychology Interest Group will include an update on the past year’s activities as well as future activities. Additionally, a representative from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board will provide information briefly. Finally, the Ron Edwards Dissertation Award will be presented.
