Convention Registration

 

Register for the Convention on site in New Orleans February 5–9.

Exhibitors - Sorry, but the Exhibit Hall is sold out. Please plan to join us next year in Boston, February 24–28, 2009.

Please note: Refunds cannot be granted for cancellations received after January 7 or on site.

Registration Rates After January 10, 2008

On-site convention registrations, including all daily registrations, will be accepted as available during the registration hours listed below. The NASP Convention Registration Area is located on the 2nd level of the New Orleans Marriott. On-Site Convention Registration Fees (not including paid workshops):

Convention Registration Hours

Tuesday, February 5–4:00–7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, February 6–8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Thursday, February 7–7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Friday, February 8–7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Saturday, February 9–7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

On-Site Registrations, Ticket Purchases, and Guests

Attendees who wish to register on site, register a guest ($25), or purchase tickets for workshops or special events may do so at the Assisted Registration counter in the NASP Convention Registration Area on the 2nd level of the New Orleans Marriott. Guests (nonmembers only) must be accompanied by a registered attendee who has paid the full registration fee.

Badges and Event Tickets

Badges and event tickets for advance registrants will be available for pickup at the NASP Convention Registration Area located on the 2nd level of the New Orleans Marriott. Self-registration terminals and assisted registration counters are available for preregistrants. (See convention registration hours above.) Attendees registering on site at the convention will be directed to the Assisted Registration counter for their badges and tickets. Methods of Payment

Payment may be made by Visa/MasterCard, check, or money order only. Checks and money orders must be made payable to “NASP,” in U.S. dollars. Please note that NASP is unable to accept purchase orders or registrations submitted without payment in full. Please submit a separate registration form and payment for each individual attending the convention; checks covering more than one person’s registration will not be accepted.

To take advantage of early registration discounts, registration forms and payment in full must be received no later than January 7, 2008. Registrations received after January 7 will be processed at the higher on-site registration rate. On-site registrations, including all daily registrations, will be accepted as available, during regular registration hours.

To register via the Internet, use the link at the top of this page and follow the registration instructions provided. Online registration will immediately confirm your reservation in a workshop or special event!

To register by mail, print or type all information on the registration form and return the form with payment in full to NASP Convention Registration, 11208 Waples Mill Road, Suite 112, Fairfax, VA 22030. Please keep a copy of the form as your receipt.

Please note: NASP cannot accept registrations submitted via telephone or fax. Do not submit more than one copy of your registration; doing so may accidentally result in duplicate registration charges.
