REGISTRATION FEES

The convention registration fee includes admission to the keynote address, special and featured sessions, more than 800 presentations (posters, papers, mini-skills, and symposia), and the exhibit hall. Additional fees are required for all paid workshops and certain special events, as indicated on the registration form. Daily registrations are available for purchase onsite only.

New York Special CD-ROM Package

New this year NASP is offering the “New York Special” package which includes the full convention registration fee as well as the multimedia convention CD-ROM at a drastically reduced rate. The convention CD-ROM includes the keynote address, featured sessions, and selected workshops—more than 100 hours of programming with synchronized audio/visual presentations and handouts (as released for inclusion.)

For your convenience, you will be able to download the audio to your MP3 player or iPod and take your education on the run! Plus, you save $100 when you purchase with your preregistration! Onsite registrations, including all daily registrations, will be accepted as available during the registration hours listed below. The NASP Convention Registration Area is located on the 2nd level of the Hilton New York.

Attendees must wear a NASP 2007 Annual Convention name badge for admittance to all convention activities.

In addition to a host of other benefits throughout the year, NASP members receive substantial registration discounts on convention fees. If you are not yet a NASP member, join online at www.nasponline.org/renew.asp?ID=MCPPGE .

Register early to ensure a place in your first-choice sessions! NASP 2007 Annual Convention registrations will be accepted as received on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. With the new online registration system, your registration is processed in “real time” and the workshops and events requiring reservations can be confirmed immediately! Please select the workshops you wish to attend carefully;because of space constraints, changes may not be possible.

Methods of Payment

Payment may be made by Visa/MasterCard, check, or money order only. Checks and money orders must be made payable to “NASP,” in U.S. dollars. Please note that NASP is unable to accept purchase orders or registrations submitted without payment in full. Please submit a separate registration form and payment for each individual attending the convention; checks covering more than one person’s registration will not be accepted.

To take advantage of early registration discounts, registration forms and payment in full must be received no later than February 26, 2007.

Registrations received after February 26 will be processed at the higher onsite registration rate. Onsite registrations, including all daily registrations, will be accepted as available, during regular registration hours (see below).

ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL IMMEDIATELY CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION IN A WORKSHOP OR SPECIAL EVENT! New this year, online registrants will be provided with a link to make changes and additions to their registration and workshop or event selections.

Please note that NASP cannot accept registrations submitted via telephone or fax. Do not submit more than one copy of your registration; doing so may accidentally result in duplicate registration charges.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATIONS

Convention attendees who register online will receive immediate confirmation of their registration via e-mail. For mailed registrations, confirmations will be sent via e-mail unless otherwise indicated. Please review all information for accuracy immediately upon receipt of your registration confirmation. If you do not receive your acknowledgment in the appropriate time frame, or if there is an error, contact NASP Registration at (800) 811-5947 or e-mail naspregistration@jspargo.com.

REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER FEBRUARY 26, 2007

Attendees whose registrations are postmarked after February 26, 2007 will be charged the onsite registration fees. Register online to avoid delays!

BADGES AND EVENT TICKETS

Badges and event tickets for advance registrants will be available for pickup at the

NASP Convention Registration area located on the 2nd floor of the Hilton New York hotel. Self Registration terminals as well as Assisted Registration counters are available for preregistrants. (See convention registration hours, below.)

Attendees registering onsite at the convention will be directed to Assisted Registration for their badges and tickets. For additional information about NASP

Onsite Registrations, Ticket Purchases, and Guests

Attendees who wish to register onsite, register a guest ($25), or purchase tickets for workshops or special events may do so at the Assisted Registration counter in the NASP Convention Registration area on the 2nd level of the Hilton New York hotel. Guests must be accompanied by a registered attendee in order to purchase a name badge for admittance to the exhibit hall.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS:

Prior to the convention, registrations may be canceled upon written request to naspregistration@jspargo.com. For registration fees to be refunded, cancellations must be received on or before February 26, 2007. There will be no cancellations after February 26, or onsite. Please note that NASP cannot be responsible for airline schedule changes or cancellations and will not be able to issue refunds resulting from changes in air travel arrangements. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. All refund checks and credit card credits will be processed in U.S. dollars within approximately a one month after the convention. Registrants who elect to cancel their convention attendance are responsible for canceling their own travel and hotel reservations.

Onsite Session Changes

Attendees who wish to change their session or event selections onsite may do so, as space permits, at the Assisted Registration counters, located in the NASP Convention Registration area. Please note that, because of space constraints, onsite session changes may not be possible.
